ChatFrom pricing
ChatFrom has three monthly plans: Free at $0 with 50 answer credits, Pro at $29 with 7,000, and Business at $49 with 20,000. One credit is $0.001 of AI model cost, so a plan's number of answers depends on the model you choose: Pro gives about 5,200 answers a month on the default model, GPT-5 mini, and about 7,000 on DeepSeek V4 Flash. There is no fee per conversation or resolution, and no minimum term.

Which plan is right for me?
Free is for trying ChatFrom on your own documents before a visitor sees it. Pro suits one busy chatbot, or a few quiet ones, on a real site. Business suits a busy site, or an agency running chatbots for several brands. If you are unsure, start on Free: everything you build carries over when you upgrade.
How many answers does a plan give?
It depends on the model. These are the credits one answer uses at default settings, measured against OpenRouter's bill on 24 September 2026 (the mean of a first answer and a follow-up), and roughly how many answers each plan gives on that model. Figures marked as estimates come from the model's list price.

A model that costs less than a tenth of a cent an answer still uses one credit, so the cheapest models all give the same number of answers.
Which plan do I need?
Pick a model and how many answers your chatbots give in a month.
1,000 answers on GPT-5 mini use about 1,350 credits a month. That fits Pro, at $29 a month.
A long conversation, or an answer that calls a tool, uses more per answer, so leave some room.
Questions about pricing
Why credits instead of a price per message or resolution?
Models differ more than forty times in what an answer costs. A credit is $0.001 of what the model provider bills, so a plan's model cost has a fixed ceiling whatever model you choose: a dearer model gives fewer answers, never a bigger bill.
What happens when the credits run out?
The chatbot pauses until the allowance starts again on the first of the month (UTC), and you are never charged extra. You can move to a larger plan under Billing at any time.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Every plan's allowance starts again on the first of each month (UTC), and it is shared by all of the account's chatbots.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Billing in the dashboard opens Stripe's billing portal, where you switch between Pro and Business or cancel. Plans are monthly, with no minimum term and no notice period.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in US dollars. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, a business can enter its VAT id, and every payment comes with an invoice.
What uses credits besides answers?
A few smaller jobs use credits too. They are the note the chatbot makes when it remembers a person, adding knowledge (at $0.02 per million tokens of text), and the writer that drafts a setup for you. Reading a photo a visitor sends uses one or two credits. Evaluations use none: they run on your own OpenRouter key.
