The company behind ChatFrom, contact and terms

Updated

DeadPixel Studio, the company behind ChatFrom: how to reach the founder, the company's details, the terms in short, and where the other pages are.

Who makes ChatFrom?

ChatFrom is made by DeadPixel Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a small studio in Berlin, Germany, run by its founder and managing director, Rouzbeh Abadi. Rouzbeh is a software engineer who writes the code, the docs and the website himself, with help from contractors on design and content. There is no account manager: questions about the product, a bug or an invoice all reach the founder.

The studio built ChatFrom while making another product, Lighthouse, which needed a support chatbot able to look at a customer's own account. Nothing on the market both answered from its documents and acted through its API, so it built the engine first, put a product around it, and now runs its own support on it.
